biggest **** ever

Affinity Insurance is the biggest **** ever. I waited weeks, after the claim, to get a curtesy car that I paid for. now it's been 3 months waiting for my claim to be finalized, and their staff say they are not allowed to provide feedback to me - the customer.

I'm cancelling my policy as soon as this claim is concluded.
