Best call experience I had in a while

I am very pleased to write about my telephonic experience with Samantha Snyders. I could sense her happy and knowledgeable tone over the phone. She assisted me with all my questions and even went as far as to send me detailed information. She was kind and very patient and didn't just run through everything to end the call. I had called in a few minutes before but they lady I spoke to wasn't at all friendly she was blatantly rude and I hung up and called back and spoke to Samantha who made sure she attended to my call with precision. Even when she answered her first response to me was so polite and she said "I am very good Alzone, and how are you doing this morning." She was very interested to help me further even after all my questions were answered I appreciate you service Samantha. I hope Affinity recognizes their true potential.
