Bad service/ No transparency

Submitted a claim for my car. They wrote it off and after waiting for 30 days, they rejected it saying I was doing no less 124 km/h on a 40 km zone. Who hit a sharp bend with over 124 km/h? I asked them to send me proof on how they came up with this and they declined.
