Bad service

I needed help with towing after my car broke down. When i called their roadside i was told I had to pay R3400 for a tow truck. When I took this cover I spoke to a lady who spoke my language to make sure I understood what I was going to be paying for. For the past 3 years i thought I had road side assistance...only to find I don't. When I called in to complain, the customer services person I spoke to told me " YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO CANCEL THE INSURANCE IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY ". YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE POLICY DOCUMENT WE SENT YOU". And I'm definitely taking her advice. I was also given an option to pay extra so I can have access to a vehicle should I have a problem with my car...which I agreed to, i needed that convenience. All the while I'm paying for nothing...I did not get access as promised.
