Bad service and take time to authorize the claims

Affinity insurance is a bad Insurance, they not taking their clients seriously, they never give update to your claim and forever keep you waiting and waiting,they make you become their call center by calling them over and over... instant of them doing that...very bad service! Since I got accident, submitted all documents to them, is the 3rd week not been given answer or update, courtesy car...
