bad service and rejection of claim

On the 07 March 2015 I was in a car accident and the car was a write off. I reported the accident to the police and submitted all supporting documents to the insurance. The insurance sent two different assessors to assess the damage on the car and a third investiagting assessor to take various statements on 05 may 2015. During the investigations I found out that the insurance had taken the car without my knowing. The bank was still deducting payments even though I no longer had the car. I always had to call and wait long periods of time to receive feedback on my claim. Reports were sent to the insurance adjustors after which I received an email that my claim had been rejected. Reason being that I left the scene of the accident. It also stated that I now had to pay R3660 for storage fee of the car that is now in durban 800 - 900 km from my home town. This is very bad service that places me under severe stress and unfair treatment in rejecting my claim after 4 months on what I feel is such an ungrounded reason.
