BAD SERVICE

Hi,

I am SAD, this insurance sound like a ****. At first i put a claim and they infliated excess fee. Then I spoke with a person who bumped me said I should call my insurance for No Claim Letter. Now it has been days taking me pilar to post. The made promises which they failed to fullfil. Just imagine if they are failing to give me only a No Claim Letter what about when they have to fix your car. No Claim Letter it a matter of few minutes and they email it to me and the cost is close to nothing. I dont think I will ever recomend a person to this insurance. When you see Affimity insurance please run.
