Bad insurance

My sons car was ****** just outside our home after waiting for 6 weeks for a response from Affinity they declined the claim saying that is his obligation to look after your stuff .. how the hell in South Africa where they steel even when you are at your house must you look after your stuff .. The ********s in South Africa wins always.. Affinity is for sure not a good insurance when it comes to approved claims
