Bad customer service at affinity

I had the worst experience with affinity, the claim took so long, after getting my car fixed i had complaints on chip marks and scratches on the side worked on during the repairs, my car has a funny noise i complained they don't even answer ur calls when u finally get hold of them they refer you to different individuals until they cancel ur call after that long wait, i asked about the recovery process for the third party till tday i have not been helped the accident happened in june but till today there is no feed back. It was my first claim and a horrible experience wouldn't recommend affinity insurance to anyone please help where you can please
