BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

<p>I am struggling to get my debit order changed as from February 2016 until now and after they confirm last month that the payment will go off on the 1st of every month, it still go off on the 7th of the month. How many times do I need to phone and ask to change this ?? This is totally incompetence and not doing their job properly. I will definately cancel this contract as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
