Bad bad bad medical insurance the deduct premiums and never cover for anything

I am disgusted with this medical insurance. I have a procedure for the removal of hemorrhoids and affinity health tells me that because its a condition I had years ago they can't do it because it didn't start when I had joined the scheme. What *** is this? I paid for premiums for more that the requested amount and all I get is no we can't do it. I joined the schedule for almost 9 months now and all they can say is no we can't. It is so wrong and I will make sure all the people I reefed to the scheme pull out and I will expose them on social media just as Momentum was done. They are disgusting and yet I though they were good. No one tells you about clinical procedure when you join the scheme or better yet ask about such conditions. They must prepare for losing more clients that they thought they would lose. But before I do that they will have to pay all my premiums that they deducted so I can get my procedure done. If they fail to do so, then I will invoke relevant people to this to take this further.
