Angry and ****ed off

my car was towed at my yard due to engine problem i was sent a access amount which costs R15 000.00 which i didn't dispute but the estimated date to collect the car was 19 June 2019 but the mechanic called me saying the car couldn't start due to engine failler but when they took the car they knew it was due to engine and they come back telling me the engine is not starting what irritates me most is that i need to follow up with them no one keep me posted about my car it is winter and now i have to take a public transport while the panel need to take a decision about the car, i had two funerals that needed me to attend and had to miss one due to *********** panel that think about themselves while us customers are suffering this is not on. i wouldn't recommend anyone to insure with any insurance as all are all useless . Truck & car repairs must be removed from this insurance lists as they don't know what they are doing with cars we must suffer while they care about money.
