Affinity-Unprofessional Health Insurance

Been on the medical aid for 6 months got told I have all sorts of benefits have numerous emails where i got told who the network Drs and Dentist I can see. When I finally decided to see a dentist they told me I only have a hospital plan when i showed them the countless emails I was sent they suggested i phoned Affinity all they can say is sorry I have been sent the wrong documents from the beginning? I am sorry but it is really unproffesional
