Affinity the WORST insurance ever

My car was involved in an accident on 2018-08-01 and was towed from my house on the said date. Today is the 16th August 2018 and I have never received a courtesy car from Affinity till now. All they do is send me left and right. They even had the nerve to as me to send pictures of the damages a week after the car was towed. I mean how the **** am I supposed to have pictures of a car that's at their repair centre? . Cherry on top of the cake was when the consultant told me that the need documents from me and that they don't even have a copy of my drivers licence. Two years of paying that insurance, now that I must get assistance they want to tell me they don't have my licence. They can go 2 he'll coz I've had it. I can't wait to change that ****** insurance. Affinity should be closed down because it really inconveniences it's clients.
