affinity staff are all stalkers

this business uses my boss' company telephone number as their unknown clients contact numbers. i have reported our office number to them, multiple times, as not authorized to spam us. they have promised to cease spam and stalker phone calls. however, they have been persistent the last three years. this person refuses to provide her own name and surname and says she refuses to remove our office number from her spam list until she has her existing clients' new number. that is not how things are done. she uses a list of numbers to spam and phone asking for individuals who was never even employed at our entity. and there is no way to keep up with blocking all the list of numbers she spams this number from.
