Firstly, Affinity does NOT even deserve half a star... Secondly I was insured with Affinity for 3 full years with no claims and when I eventually wanted to cancel to switch to another service provider. They gave me the runaround for weeks. Every time I call cancelations, they transfer me to *********** assholes who keep transferring me to other departments. Nobody knows anything and I spent half a day on hold. Only after losing my **** then only was someone able to help me but now I keep receiving emails about policy changes when it has been cancelled for 3 months now. They are an absolute waste of precious time and money. DO NOT USE AFFINITY
