Affinity run-around

An airhead crashed his car into my property causing R30,000 in damages. This happened over the Easter weekend, so I had to wait to get hold of Affinity - the driver's insurance company. I do not have Property Insurance, so am claiming as a 3rd party from Affinity. Walter Nakedi handles their 3rd party claims and only works from 2pm. But he does not answer his phone, it cuts off without a message (busy, pls call back later would be nice).<br> I will give him to tomorrow (14.4.2016) to answer his phone. If he doesn't, then I'm going to my lawyers - let them handle this mess.
