Affinity refusing to entertain my claim.

<p>I was involved in a car accident I was driving alone it was at night. After accident they stole my phone and hadn't means to consult insurance and it had to be towed to my place of resident. I had not the minute I got home I informed insurance company that the car now needs to be taken topanel beater but they are refusing g to do that and that I must now pay for storage feels even though I did explain that at the time of accident I had no access to road side assistant. It's been three days now and I'm not being assisted properly. I was injured and could have left the car just like that</p>
