affinity must review aaa staff

My entire ratings goes to Lebo Lehobye who is a client services manager after i have been fooled by AAA consultants especialy Tembi. My claim is very old and not yet finalised because of aaa negligence and bad attitude. I only got hope after i have spoken to Lebo Lehobye who made follow up on my behalf and get back to me. She even respond to my emails professionally. I rate her 150%. I hope AAA staff could learn one or two things from her especialy Tembi who will just tell you that she doesnt know i must ask Petro Moris and petro is busy. Lebo must just manage everybody there
