Affinity is not to be taken seriously sh*t insurance

Hi my name is Philile I insured my car with Affinity in 2016 and I made a claim in 2017 with them when the car got hit by the hail storm. They did all the paper work but the panel beater had to tell me that I have to pay the access fee while I have an insurance policy with affinity the policy has never payed out to my claim.

Last year 2019 they increased my premium from R1500 to R2006. 40 without any call or email stating that they will increase it n why with so much amount. When I called n asked them they didn't come up with any possible reason or answer.

This year I made another claim but it was not payed out instead they sent an email saying that they won't be paying out since I can afford to fix the vehicle on my own.

Today I have called the Affinity insurance to cancel my car insurance, I was told to send an email address to cancel it.
