Affinity is not for kind people

I worked there for 1 year and 10 months , I was in sales until November 2020, where I was moved to the administration department. I really enjoyed the administration department because I knew that the money I made there was a definite. In February they moved me back to the sales floor without letting me know. I hated being back on the slaes floor because my salary was not a definite - the salary was on a commission based , should clients not pay for their insurance policies we do jot get paid and the management does not care if we do not get paid. Also, there are a lot of selfish and childish people working there as well. The environment was very toxic and there is no growth.
