AFFINITY IS A ****MM!

This company is the worst! I've done nothing but be a good client to you. I haven't missed out on any payment to you yet my dentist hasn't been paid for MONTHS and is now harassing me. You ignore my communications and fail to cancel my subscription as requested. Instead its nice debiting money.

WHAT A ****!!!!!!! CANCEL MY DENTAL INSURANCE AND PAY THAT DENTIST OR RETURN ALL MONEY PAID AND I WILL PAY THEM MYSELF.
