Worst insurance company ever.I had a serious puncture on Friday and I was not sure if my rim was damaged so I called and requested road side assistance .They put me on the line for close to an hour on my own costs and told me not to hang up.I gave up because I was with a small baby and there was no response or update as to what they were doing and when they finally called back they requested an excess of over R700 for roadside assistance.They said they over free roadside assistance in their contract.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone else.I’m canceling my contract with them.
