I’m expressing my frustrations regarding Affinity health I called them to cancel my funeral plan that I had with them they’re telling me to cancel I must submitted affidavit as well as a copy of my ID to tell them to cancel when I joined they didn’t even ask for my ID I am very frustrated that company is a **** stay away from Affinity
