Affinity insurer shut down

Bought Bmw 135i from Bmw isando on 18 May on same day i noticed petrol leakage took it back the sat and monday three days later it burned to ashes and the payment to wesbank was done 6months later now i find out wesbank has listed me for outstanding settlement of 40k without notifying me of short fall.
