Affinity insurance threatening to repudiate my claim

33 days after my accident, I supp**** affinity and their assesor ECV with all the details requested. They further ask for the same information and say what I provided is not good enough.

This only happens because i keep contacting them, they do not communicate with me other than that.

The assessor has given me two working days to provide information I already provided. She has threatened to repudiate my claim, based on those grounds only. The grounds that I am expected to do her job for her. My car hire option is still being ignored after 33 days, Affinity is a ****.
