Affinity Insurance terrible service

I wish to complain about Affinity insurance my account no is 460446 I 've sent my car to the Panel Beaters in Rusternburg , it was fixed a month ago since then, Affinity is not paying the Panel Beaters. I call them almost every day without help. I spoke to a lady named Smangele and she failed to assist me. The panel beaters are also waiting for Affinity to pay. They still have not, they refuse to put me through to those that deal with claims. The panel beaters have also tried to communicate on my behalf, they also get no assistance. I’m so appalled. I’m here Without a car and without a clue when the claim will go through and service which really is the worst. I have been begging for feedback and continuously request for feedback, they promise to do so before the end of business day, they never do. EM Se****lo
