Affinity Insurance "SUCKS"

Highly disappointed with the service received from Affinity Insurance, I had an incident whereby my car was stoned by angry protesters as a result, the left-hand side front window was smashed in that incident, I have submitted all the documents requested from me and to date, I'm still sleeping in the car for fear of my car being ******, I'm told now that my claim sits with SASRIA, I was paying them not SASRIA it costs lesser than R2500 to have that window replaced yet I'm being told to be patient. What if my car gets ****** I wonder will they be able to successfully reimburse my loss. I want to commend Thabile Khaba for her efforts though she's a junior but managed to assist where possible.my advice to all fellas stay away from Affinity Insurance they're just happy to collect money but fail to produce service.
