Affinity Insurance such a BAD insurance company

I have had this insurance for more than 2 years and I have been paying my monthly premiums without skipping any month and now that when I want to claim for a windscreen they are telling me to wait for a month because they claim not to have received my payment for the month of claim, and of which to my surprise the debit order for the monthly premium did go through.
