Affinity insurance shut down

My car flooded in march 2018 then Giant panelbeaters repaired it with jaguar boksburg and dashboard was soiled and fixed by ***** service provider and assessor of affinity and now my car has gearbox faults, engine ceased and No one is taking responsibility to date.
