Affinity insurance ****’s their clients

Does anyone have their car insured with Affinity Insurance. Just be aware the are a **** insurance company. I was on a special premium to have a R1000 excess. Had my mirror knocked of and they now I must pay R8000 excess. They can’t give me a roper explanation and they just ingnore your emails and the broker does nothing. There complaints department does not return any calls, It’s left to me to take the case to the ombudsman, which is a big headache. Then their angel assist program, which u pay for is another ****. Had to have my car towed from Caledon yesterday. They supposed to offer free towing up to certain distances and then very reduced rates. Well their “very reduced” rate was much higher that a cold call rate on google. If u with them change asap, u will get burnt by them.
