People of RSA if you are insured with Affinityum are ****mers you better look for a reliable company, I was involved in an accident Sunday morning just because I didn't call the time of the accident that's where they diffend themselves. I was hospitalized from Sunday discharged yesterday, the company that took my car stated that they called these ****mers and was told they don't work on Sunday. Right now my car was towed by that company I have and their diffence is I didn't send a location mind you I was alone in pains had to call emergency alert from my tracker I tried everything till today they say I didn't call at the time of the accident so please people they will take your money every month but once in need you won't find s**** from them. Useless company with rude call center agents. All they care about is that debt order month end these ****ers Dotsure they will play victims that they will wait for your claim approval from affinity knowing very will that it's two different companies but they will also not help you but hide under the excuse affinity is giving you.
