Affinity insurance is ****

People should never ever trust this insurance company to help with company.I had and accident firstly at night and I couldn't even get assistance because there website had no emergency contact number. When I finally got to them they took my car and sent it to a panel beater, thereafter they kept quite nothing no updates on what's happening. I tired to call several time with no response only to find out the person who is in charge of my claim is on maternity leave that's 3 months later mind you. Then my claim my rejected because of an accident that took place in 2017 yet when I took the insurance I was asked if I had any claims approved or rejected in the last 5 years and I answered truthfully. 2023 to 2017 that's 6 years. I really hope people can stop supporting **** companies like this.
