AFFINITY INSURANCE BAD SERVICE

Affinity Insurance is the worst insurance in this whole world. I send my claim on the 3rd July, its been two weeks now I am without a car. The service is very poor,*********** call centre agents, they are full of empty promises and they can buy time badly so to prolong the claim. They have appointed a loss adjustor to do a report on my claim, He went and changed the statement and turned everything to suit his side, I rather stay without insurance if I have to be with this kind of insurance. They promise people heaven and earth when they want your money but they deliver zero results, until I escalated my query to my lawyers that is when they approved my claim but still telling me stories about validations and management approval. I am totally not happy with this Insurance.
