Affinity Insurance, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

This is the worst of worst insurance companies! Please avoid and look for another company! They give a agreement of loss amount and then they make it less with R9000 because they send the papers to be signed to the wrong email! And then the loss amount dropped!! You never get hold of them they say you must speak to this one and that one, holding on forever and at the end out of frustration you don't phone back, because your money has ran out on your phone! Even send a complaint to the manager and he never correspond to the complaint! Never ever will I recommend people like this, eager to take your money!!
