Affinity insurance - all thumbs up

I recently had the misfortune of having to claim on my insurance twice in a very short time. Once for structural damage to our house and very shortly thereafter for damage to the vehicle due to an accident. In both cases a Loss Adjuster was sent out to assess the damage within 5 days and feedback was send to us. One of the claim handlers (Petro Morris - deserves an accommodation ) has gone out of her way to keep ne up to date and speed up the process. The claim for the vehicle has been authorized and it will go in for repairs on the 13th of August. We are still waiting for outcome on the house claim but again Petro has given us feedback that it is in the process. Shortly thereafter I received a sms that a loss adjuster will be in contact with me. The whole process has been handled very professionally and I will recommend them to anyone.
