Affinity Insurance

Price was reasonable when I app****. First time I tried to claim for only a bumper that was broken off by a pothole, excess R8000. They charged me R5000 basic excess and R3000 extra because I havve a Code 10 licence. It is outragous for the policy holder and normal driver to have such an excessive excess. They never specified that I needed another type of insurance because of my lisence, only took my money for a year and a half now they feel R8000 is a suitable excess for a first ever claim.
