AFFINITY HEALTH INSURANCE SUCKS

Affinity Health Insurance is the worst they don't know what they are doing. You wait a month for a response. I needed my 2 year old son to go for an emergency operation. And then they have the audacity to say mam please fill in our millions of paperwork then we can assist your boy in pain. They are the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
