Affinity Health are ********

On Sunday evening the 4th of April 2021 I felt extreme pain on my left side of my abdomen I thought maybe it was something I ate it didnt go away at all and as the GP only opens on Tuesday do to the public holiday on Monday I went to see my GP where I was tested to see if my kidney is still fine which showed yes there is no problem there then I was reffered and sent to go for X-rays on my abdomen I paid cash for this not asking Affinity to help after my GP got my results I was told that I should go to the emergency room and Contact the Specialist as nothing shows on the X-rays and that it would be necessary to go for an abdomen CT Scan Affinity declined this as I only started with them in May last year the Specialist wanted to keep me for hospitalisation they then said no they need first the results of the CT which I had to pay cash for, after receiving that report no they need more documentation from my GP as well where I got it and forwarded it to them, in March 2019 I did go for a Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy where it was found I had a bad stomach bug and they prescribed very strong antibiotics after that I was sorted. Now they phone me and tell me no as per the procedure done in March 2019 it shows I already had this problem and for that reason they are not paying for anything I didnt even know that I had any other abdominal problems just the bug, Affinity Health are quick to take money and Increase their premiums but to pay for procedures, sorry they will find and seek for excuses not to pay or to assist they try and make you feel as if you did something wrong, but in short they got their money montly and we're just their paycheck nothing more no empathy or sympathy. In short I think THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ******!!!
