affinity car unsurance taking to long to pay for my write off car

its about the car insurance AFFINITY that is taking more than 6 months to finalise my claim. i had a car accident on the 16 June 2017. my car was a write-off by the insurance. i have submitted all required documents that were requisted by the insurance, today is the 10 January 2018. and its over 6 months and my claim has not been finilised yet. Affinity is a bad insurance and i wanna go public with it. i always paid my premiums on time.. i dont recommend it to anyone to use it.
