Affinity car insurance they don't want to pay claims

I registered my claim on the 19 june 2024 and I gave them all the requested documents (bank statement,accident report,affidavit from my cellphone service provider and athers) their accesses they sad vehicle is written off but now I have to call them every day to check how far with my claim still today it's not resolved bay in mind I've got car hire on my policy I paying extra for it but I don't have it they are saying they waiting for loss adjuster report affidavit it's a bad car insurance ever please stay away from it
