Affinity car insurance is pathetic and provides disgraceful customer service.

Affinity car insurance has such pathetic ustomer service it's utterly ridiculous. My mom has been insured with Affinity since 2017 and met an accident at the end of January. We submitted all the claim documents that were requested and the claim process has been prolonged for such a long time that we have to follow up repeatedly as to what's happening with the claim. They sent us a number for a tow truck and panel beaters who were supposed to come and assess the vehicle to see what the problem with the vehicle is however they too ghosted my mom. Bare in mind she has been Paying her monthly installments and has never missed a payment yet when we claim we re having a problem. I would not recommend anybody to sign up with this insurance company because they are ***. I feel sorry for my mom because this stupid company is now saying that the vehicle will be written off all because they don't want to spend money fixing the vehicle which is a utter disgrace. I've never been so dissapointed in my life and we will sue this company because for two months there has been nobody who has come to see and assess the vehicle in order to make any decisions about it being written off.

So to anybody who wishes to take car insurance, don't bother taking Affinity because they won't help you out at all.
