affinity car insurance

I have cancelled my car insurance (policy no AA708633) claim after their assessor quoted the vehicle high at one hundred and fifty-one thousand. when i went to the repairer to see the vehicle I spoke to onsite assessor who gave me a figure of sixty to seventy thousand to fix the vehicle. So, I cancelled the claim, but Affinity has towed my vehicle from Newcastle to Johannesburg at a gobets auction as the man who towed my vehicle said when I asked yesterday. Affinity agents Zelna wasserman and heinrich Keets who handling the case won't respond via email and my calls are being transfered endlessly then being dropped
