Exactly the same happend to me and it seems that they are getting away with this ****s and misconduct all the time. Worst insurance ever. Told me to pay an access of R3000 on top because i have a code 14 licence and not a car license. Can you believe this BS ! Never mentioned any access than the R6000 i agreed upon at signing the contract. Waited 7 months for my actual contract after they send it to the wrong email adress after they had all my contact details and copies at the point of sale.Still they can not spell my surname correct an also had the name wrong of my co driver. Pathetic ! Made numerous calls to get my contract and was send from one place to another. It seems that they will try anything to not settle a claim
