Affinity and one-call they can disappoint

I have the complain against my insurance affinity since i have stated with them i have never skip one month , i have three cars with them but i regreat the fact that i have took the car insurance with them. There claim process are long and they decline my claim telling me that my driver had no permit of whic is a lie. All my claim it took more that five month to fix every thing i had a bad expirience with them i thought second time they will okay and i was wrong . i am sitting with two cars that they have been in the accident and the other one they are sending me from piller to post and and the othe was written off and they declined the claim. How on earth someone can tell you that they declined the claim base on permit that is valid and i have send to them. They do not fail to debit my account but they are failing me and my business . I have never seen such incompitent insurance company in my life and the care less . Now i have another insurance with oaksure with my other car they are so proffessional and they care im so happy with them . Affinity can learn one or two things from them
