I was involved in a car accident during festive.december.i claimed.de damaged it was bonnet n radiator.they took the car to towing company Der after they took it to mechanic.n I wasn't informed dat they r taking the car to which mechanic.i sent dem the email asking about the progress of the car.am the one who was tracking where is the car because dis insurance they have bin quiet. I received an email of saying they are writing off my car in January I sent the email of asking why are they writing off the vehicle.der was no respond.meaning I dnt knw why de car it's been written off.how damaged the car was.they sent an letter of agreement of how much r they gonna pay the bank that financed my car I think first week of january.i signed n sent it bck n confirmed that they received the document.bt even nou they ddnt pay MFC n still they dnt call.i dnt hear anything 4rm them.its bin 3 months full.am paying for sumthng I dnt have n they r still deducting their insurance money n the car is with them.4rm 23 december
