Affinity

On saturday the 6may 2023 while l was driving along Comaro off ramp my car just broke down .My clutch plate was totally damaged.l tried calling Affinity and l ended up getting help and the towing company around the Glen Mall was passing l had to stop them and asked them to tow me since l was in a high crime area .l couldn't wait there for long as its risky. I called the insurance company and was adviced to call on Monday so that l can claim back the money l paid the towing company. Affinity just told me they cant help me and l cant claim from them not even concerned about my life that was in danger.
