Admitted their fault but not paying

I took Retrenchment cover, they didn’t put on the banking details correct on their system. So we payed by EFT. Nikita emailed to ask my ID nr to allocate payment to the right account. 6 months later I got Retrenchment and the don’t want to pay cause they claim I have no policy! They sent me an email admitting it was their mistake but they say even though it was, they still won’t pay. I’m going to make this email public. Be Very AWARE! They are so shady! This is how they get people They find a cheap way out ! They gladly take your money, but they have no intention of paying EVER!!! Please PEOPLE STAY AWAY from AFFinity!!! They are *****!!! Then they also expect you to get stuff from your employer that has nothing to do with your policy with them! Again another loophole for them not no pay! And it’s not mentioned in their original paperwork to you! They just want to get our money and never pay! Biggest bunch of *******!!!
