Affinity insurance /brokers really put me in the deep end. I was in an accident and they had me covered for retail value on my vehicle which if I recall never gave me an option to opt for book value instead and hence left me with debt to the bank worth R72 000 I'm not happy I'd like phone records to be retrieved with the agent who sold me the insurance and apparently they did the same thing with a fellow colleague who was not aware until I made him aware. Please advise
