my brother is being given a run around from affirnity insurance to the third party that is supposed to fix his car. Mont blanc financial services is saying that my brother must claim through his insurance and affinity says they have nothing to do with the claim from a third party. so now we don't know what the way forward is. how is my brother who is not a assessor supposed to get quotes for himself if the car is in storage. Someone must do their job please or the next step is to take this complaint to the insurance ombudsman. we cannot be given such a run around and not get help from anyone. This car is in storage and who must pay for that. I'm so annoyed right now and no one is willing to help
